Vapor smells like a fog machine smoke - is it PG?

I have some juice that's supposed to be 100% VG (when I ordered I thought it was a mix). Anyway, it vapes and smells like a fog machine. Does that mean it's PG and not VG? Or does VG smell like a fog machine as well?

I don't remember my other juices smelling like it, but I'm using the CE2 cartos for the first time, so that might have something to do with it (getting MUCH better vapor vs standard 510 attys).
