Vapor station sent me free samples, How did they get my name?

Out of the blue I got free samples from Vapor station today. How they got my name and address I'll never know.
I've only been vaping 8 weeks and I have never heard of this company. Anyone else had this experience? My name must have got on a mailing list somehow. But I am not complaining. They sent me watermelon and strawberry. And I've never tried either. So I am happy.

Maybe they got your name and address from the NSA. They know everything about all of us, and might have been looking to make some bucks.

I once spent a year trying to stop unsolicited mail. God knows where they get your address but they do. The toughest were the mass mailers that went to every address. I finally found out there is a form you can fill out claiming that you find the material sexually offensive. You do not have to give any reason and they have to accept it. Then I moved and did not have the energy to start over.

I can't remember when I got something unasked for in the mail that I wanted but if I did I would thank the Gods and enjoy it.

Wow I wish I got that kind of suprise. Only God knows how they got your name but enjoy. I never get goodies like that. Humm. Well just enjoy it but if it really bothers you you can always ask them how they got your name and address.

I was into Hi powered Rocketry years ago and was able to purchase "J" sized motors and up... and the FBI knows it... go figgure...

Just go to vaporstation.com I was there but didn't see any mention of free samples.

At least your mail was good. I need free samples! I had a friend sign me up for homosexual porn and I received 3~5 mailings a day for 2 years. It was not a very funny prank. I'm not gay and i am not prejudice. Worst thing was all of the things I buy online and my very attractive mail lady coming to my door.

What a cool surprise. Vapor Sation used to have a thread where you could request free samples. They sent me two that were great! But I definitely gave them my name and address, haha.

Yes! Now I remember that I did use that thread and request the samples. But it had been so long I forgot about it. Well at least that mystery is solved. LOL

Everytime you sign up for a newsletter (sometimes a little hidden checkbox at checkout) or simply sign up to a website you agree to share your e-mail with the site's 3rd party affiliates, they maybe selling your info or simply sharing it with one another. In any case it's perfectly legal because that checkbox says you granted permission.

Have you checked your credit card purchases lately. BE WARY - keep an eye on your account... just sayin' ;-)
