Vapor4Life XL automatic battery problem

Today I received a Vapor4Life XL, automatic battery (the ones that they post as "new" on the Web site).

I used it for about a half hour and it stopped working. Plugged it into the charger, and the tip didn't blink. The light on the charger remained blue. Tried it on another charger same thing. If I remove the battery from the charger and put a cart on the end, the battery blinks a few times. But no response from either charger.

Any ideas?

Contact V4L customer service. They will help you fix the problem or send you a replacement.

I just spoke with V4L customer service. They said they would send me out a replacement . I requested a manual instead of auto. I've had good results with my manual batteries.

Also, she told me it sounded like something was crossed on the inside. i.e. the LED blinks when a carto is attached but nothing happens when the charger is attached.

I prefer the manuals,they seem to have less issues and last longer.Im glad they fixed you up!
