    I've recommended vaporbeast to many people in the past, but in the last year have increasingly been having problems. It's a sad situation because until recently, they were my go-to vendor.
    I've recently bought a simple ego kit, and have been waiting 16 days to receive it here in NY.
    My complain tickets are answered days after, and always with little or no help.

    I also had an unshipped item before this one, for which I was offered store credit after lengthy back-and-forths, and I still haven't received that either.
    It took them well over a week to send me a defunct code.​
