Greetings fellow vapors!

Note: I have never had a problem with Vaporbeast.com and have ordered quite a bit of hardware/eliquid from them over the past couple of years. I am just at a loss at what to do at this point and do not want to alienate Tim (the owner) as a viable ecig vendor.

I purchased a full size Innokin SVD Kit and received it in less than stellar condition. The bottom housing portion of the unit where the battery is held will not screw on straight. I believe the threads on either the battery housing unit or the portion of the unit which holds the electronics of the ecig are bad/not straight. Along the same lines, because of the threading problem, the unit cuts itself off randomly after about 2 vape draws. I called Tim (the owner) and let him know and was assured it would be taken care of. I never heard from him again. I emailed vaporbeast customer service and never heard back from them. I placed an order for some cartos and put in the comments section of the order that I was still having problems with the SVD kit; received the Ego cartos with no mention of the comments/request for assistance I placed in the order.

I also received the cartos mentioned above and have found quite a few that are bad/non functional. I am hesitant to inquire or place a concern due to the lack of response I received with the SVD issue. I honestly feel that vaporbeast should fix/correct the situation on both orders however not sure how to go about doing so after multiple attempts to work with vaporbest to do so.

Any suggestions/opinions would be greatly appreciated. Vaporbeast has been a stellar vendor in the past and would like to continue doing business with them in the future.

I am sorry you are having problems. I had heard many good things about VB. Last year when i was getting started, Tim was suppose to call me regarding upgrading from my ego's. I never heard from him. I was trying to support my local vendors, but got a bad taste after that.
I guess he just gets caught up in the minutia.

Try posting something here.

I hope you get your problem solved as after two contacts to him you should have an answer now.
Good Luck! :toast:

Can't help ya about the bottom cap but what battery, Atty ohms, and the set point of your device ? The cutting out sounds to me like the protection circuit is kicking in due to low volts being delivered by the battery. Here is a good chart for setting your APV up to start with. Just start with a fully charged battery and keep your set point in the green. And use a battery capable of delivering the amps

If you operate your device with in the green zone most battery's can handle the load.
Hope that helps
