Nice site, easy to locate items. To use the drop down menus from the top you have to be scrolled up far enough, otherwise the lower portion of the drop down is obscured. Also with all of the white background, some of the b/w or mostly b/w photos are hard to see.

You should put the "Write a review" button more towards the top and make it more visible, i had to literally search and search for it when i was looking at your mech mods.

I love your site for so many reasons. Here are some of them:
1. High quality product selection (really appreciate this aspect)
2. Free shipping
3. Product description with videos
4) Very well organized and user friendly (Would only suggest a Review Tab next to the Description Tab instead of having to scroll to the bottom of page to find it. I use to think there were no reviews.)
5) Professional, cheery and amusing vibe.

I like the size of the pictures.....like someone else said when you click on the logo it doesn't go "home" that is always a plus...I personally don't like the "Beast of the week, top sellers & new price" on the right side. I have my page set in 125% and I have to scroll over to see them.
Is there no 11/12 mg juice? .....Good descriptions of the juice flavors.
The size (or approx) of the drip tips might help, either mm or inches. I know I haven't ordered things because I wasn't sure.
Some of the items don't have the last place.....while some do( Home > Accessories > ....vs Home > Accessories > DRIP TIPS >) I checked the snake and the 510 Zing.
Everything loads fast and it is easy to use...I hope this helps

The site shows Related Items below the individual listing, but for mods, the appropriate battery or batteries are not shown there. Some mods only use button top, or require an IMR battery, and possibly a fuse. I think it would avoid confusion for newer customers if the appropriate battery was shown for them to add to their order, possibly fuses and chargers as well, in the Related Items section.

An alternative way, such as putting drop down choices in the listing as add ons, would work too. Either way, it may help some customers get the right setup as well as bump sales a bit.

Ok..so right off the bat I like that the site starts in mobile mode. Super easy to use! I feel like the white page is a little bland though. Vapor Beast is such an awesome name, I think you should spruce up the white background of the mobile page...just to make it a little more awesome! Lol. The white makes it look super simple which is good for users but it could be cooler without becomming too "busy."

Ok now on to the full site...
I gotta say...you guys have everything! As far as product goes, I don't think I could recall any specific items you guys are lacking. Also the website flows super well. The far right column with the "beast of the week, top sellers, and new products" is exactly where it should be. I like that all those things are there and easily accessible.
The fact that you guys also have a "deal of the day" is really cool and something I think every site should have
Also, the instructional videos on the site are a realllllly awesome touch. You got solid shopping and some nice informational videos all on the same site.

I can honestly say you guys have a great variety on your site and everything I personally enjoy about visiting vaping websites is there!
I can't wait to see the "new and improved" version because I'm not sure how you'll pull it off but I bet it'll be Beastly! !!!!

I should like to see more Anyvape Aspire products.

I know they make davides and glass vivi and mini style atomizers that take their heads and with a long wait and back order you can get an adapter to upgrade your protank 1&2 and Davide.

While I am at it, how about some AGA-T3s? just got mine the other day and it has been the best rebuildable experience I have had yet

In general, I love your website and more than once I've come very close to placing an order. One thing has stopped me from following through with an order, and I really hope that it is something that you will fix with your new site.

This is an issue that I first raised during your Black Friday/CyberMonday sale, and Tim Campbell and I sent a few emails back and forth. I asked why you wouldn't ship to Puerto Rico given that the postal rates are no higher than the rest of the U.S (i.e., it doesn't cost any more to ship something to Puerto Rico than it does to send it across the street).

Tim agreed with me, and your current site was changed to allow sales to people in Puerto Rico. However, rather than offering free shipping, the "Priority Mail" rate that you quoted was exorbitant (almost as much as the USPS flat rate for Express). I again raised this issue with Tim and, once again, he agreed with me and he told me that he would talk with the IT guy to get this fixed. That never happened. In the end, I placed an order with another company that wasn't going to charge me nearly $20 to ship a package that would cost $3.80 to ship.

Obviously, this is an issue that doesn't have an impact on many people, but I can guarantee you that this one change would make me a loyal customer.

overall I do like the site. the only thing maybe I would want to see different is where when you click on a category maybe have the items in more of a gallery stye view with less description there until you click on the item. That way you would be able to see more items at a glance instead of having to scroll the whole page.
All in all a great site tho

I really like your site. I like that related items and the reviews come up when you click on an item. I like that you offer vape products for beginners and experienced vapers and that you offer a large variety of products. I'd like to see you offer 12 mg in your e-liquid.

Upon checking your site I found the following things, that could use attention:

the Vapor Beast LOGO should be able to be clicked on to be taken "HOME"

When clicking on the "CONTACT US" a window with address, phone number,and email address should be seen rather than instantly going
into an e mail mode

under your listing "Starter Kits" I think that if you are listing a MOD, batteries and charger should be included.
If not then only list it under the MOD category.

E juice choices seem limited in nic strengths and % ratio

Deal of the Day Nothing listed?

Larger images of products could be actually larger than what they are and still include the zoom feature for ease of veiwing products finer details.

Other wise this is very easy to navigate and pricing is in line with most of your competition.

this at least for me will make your site one of my first choices when shopping.

I do actually like your site but if I had to pick something I would say put the reviews higher up by the product itself. I know I don't like having to look all over for them.

In the rebuildables section........ maybe put the risks in a bolder/different colored font. What they need (I.E. a multimeter) in anther color etc. Only because I think there are people who will buy these products without really knowing how to use them and we all know many people don't really read before buying. Or put a link where they can see how a coil is safely built.

I went back to see even more goodies.

I wanted to see gadgets, so I clicked gadgets. I love gadgets.

And there weren't very many gadgets. Just the little stickup thingies to hold the egos, the tank filler, the lanyard, and the punch.

I like the concept of being able to provide input. That puts you above many other retailers in my opinion.
Your website is very...white. Some color contrast would be nice
When I clicked on the iClear 16 you had individual listings for every color. A drop down menu where i click color/ohm selection would be nice.
Others have stated this but I do concur, PG/VG and Nicotine adjustments would be nice.
