Hi, I currently own a Vamo V7 with a Protank Mini 2 and I'm looking to delve deeper into the world of mods and get a better vape with some sub-ohm tanks. The ceramic coils in the Vaporesso Target tank have gotten my attention, however I'm wondering if it would be possible to use the Target tank with any Temperature Control Mod (eg eLeaf iStick TC100W), or whether it must be with the Vaporesso 75W?

Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated :)

The tank has a 510 connector. I can't imagine why you couldn't use it on any mod. The Target tank has two types of cCell coils available; one of them is a .9Ω Kanthal coil and the other is a .2Ω Nickel coil. The Kanthal coil should be used in wattage mode unless you have one of the very few mods that is alleged to do TC with Kanthal coils. The Nickel coil should be used only in TC-Ni mode on any mod. The page I found for the cCell coils say they can be used in Atlantis and Triton tanks as well, which makes me wonder if you could use Atlantis/Triton coils in the Target tank, not that you would want to.

Yea I thought that was most likely the case. Thanks for your input! I don't know what benefit there would be in using the Target Tank with a different mod though as I think it's only rated to go up to 75W anyway. So I will probably just end up getting the Vaporesso 75W VTC kit and use the TC-Ni setting.
