I also want to make you and the community aware that we are taking the proper measures to correct this issue.
All of our current inventory has been shipped back to manufacturing and will receive brand new casings along with more detailed Quality Control. We want to ensure that all of our customers receive the absolute best device that is up to our high standards. Due to this manufacturing issue we will not receive devices for a period of 3 weeks. As soon as the devices arrive at our facility we will begin to fulfill orders in the manner which they were received.
