I've had my Vaporshark for a week now, and i'm currently rocking my OBS Crius on top of it. When i first received it i tried many tanks to see how they perform in TC, as i mainly use UD 316L 24ga for single coils in a TFV4 mini, and 26ga for dual coils in a regular TFV4.
When i tried to screw in both TFV4s there was a visible gap between the top of the mod and both tanks.
Both tanks would not sit flush, and there was some play i felt when i moved the tanks.
I thought this was because the 510 threads on both tanks might be a bit long for the mod's 510 threads.
I also tried my Griffin on top of it, and the only thing i noticed was a difference in resistance readings between my VS and my Smok X cube 2. My X Cube 2 would read my dual SS 316L as 0.24 ohm, and my VS would read them as 0.27.
I was checking the mod's 510 connection to see if there was something wrong, and i noticed that it was not centered. I tried to move it with my finger, and it slightly moved.
I'm just checking if this is normal, and if not, would there be anything i can do to fix this issue?
Would this affect the chip performance? I've run the atomizer analyzer on escribe, and the readings are fairly stable.
Any help would be appreciated.

How did it break?

The 510 center pin got stuck, pretty sure this is somewhat common with the rx200 because I remember reading it on the forum somewhere, just didn't think it would happen with mine.

Its weird that the newer one broke while the old one is still working fine, had the old one for about a month now.

That's what i was afraid of. I have a reuleaux too and the center pin seems really short. Guess I just have to be careful not to over tighten it.

I had a gap on my new VS DNA200, with most of my attys. Sent it back to VS, they fixed it in a week NO CHARGE!

The point is, it's gonna be hard to send it back to VS to fix it, probably gonna take a couple of months given i'm not in the U.S. I'm willing to disassemble the mod and do it myself, but i need to know what i'm doing.

You should contact them directly. They may even be able to provide parts for you a long with instructions.

The 510 on the VS DNA200 (and DNA40 and rDNA40) are not secured on the mod. It's in a slot that holds the 510 so when you screw down an atomizer, it will secure to the mod. There might be slight movement of the 510 w/o an atomizer but not much. My DNA40 and rDNA40 are over a year old and no issues with them. My DNA200 is about 6 months old and no issues either.

Send them an email. They're pretty good with support even out of the country.

I think i'm going to do exactly what you said, thought i'd check if anyone else had the same issue.

Like you said, there's just a little movement, but since this is a common thing i'm not gonna worry much now. This is my first VS product so i'm not quite familiar with their products.
My Crius, and Griffin do secure firmly on the mod though.
Is there a way to test for the case resistance? Or should I go with the default 0.07?
My battery wh is preconfigured to 9.91, should i change that?

I'm thinking maybe the reuleaux I had that broke was a clone (wasn't even aware they make clones for this device). Its the black/red version. I don't have the TFV4 which I read was causing the 510 pin problem. It broke while my Billow V2 nano was on there. In comparison to my other tanks the billow has the shortest 510 connection...then again I got the reuleaux for about 30 bucks shipped, glad it wasn't one of my more expensive setups.

I guess just be careful with it

I stuck with the stock settings. You can test your mod with Escribe but I didn't think it was worth the time and trouble. Mine works great with the VS settings.

Did you have to fiddle with the battery settings in the escribe software for the battery meter to calibrate correctly or did it work fine right out of the box? I don't have a windows computer handy, would require me to journey to a friends place to access the escribe.

The VS DNA200 is one of the few DNA200 mods that work right out of the box w/o needing to connect to a computer because they uploaded a device profile. My Hana v200 had no programming at all.

as for the mod settings, i left the mod res, case thermals alone. i tweaked VS's wh's from their 9.91 to 10.40 with a leeway of 10 mwh's. right after 10.53-10.50 wh's is used i get the weak batt message. i also just got my sleeve from SV. that sucker was TIGHT to get on my shark. better tight than loose tho. one thing i noticed, the rubber finish is kind of different from my VS 40's. it's not as soft/delicate. i'm guessing that's how they improved the coating, to make it a little less soft and more on the rubbery side. i'm loving this mod tho. i can't put it down. i love draining the batt down then watching how fast it charges. with a quickness.
