Thought I quoted you on my response to this but look at post #476.....and as I promised on rules 4 randoms have already been given out. Round refreshes do not require a random giveaway either. Round refreshes give all an opportunity to add more #'s to increase chances for First Prize as well as possibly another random should I choose at my discretion to give one out. Lastly, you can't win more than 1 random prize in a game. Everyone will get a fair shot at randoms per game.
