This comment is past due - anyway I want to give Steve {{hug}}. Couple weeks ago, I placed an order (using my gift certificate)late one evening. Early the next morning, I get call about shipping address (zip codes - only have 5 numbers, duh on me)
Anyway, order shipped that day, received my new TWIST a couple days, later.
Now, can you really ask for better custumer service than that - I vote NO.
