I will move this to General Discussion as it seems to be a request for assistance, not a review. Other members cannot post here, only the Supplier concerned. The forum permissions are set up to enforce this because in the past, reviews tended to end up a bunfight between flamers and fanboys.

Dave, you are welcome to repost something like this, back here, once you feel that anyone who could help you has responded, in GD. It should just be a statement or explanation of events, here, not a request for help from others - i.e. just a review.

Has anyone else had any customer service problems with Vaprlife.com? I bought a Joker and it stopped working on the second day and they refuse to contact me. After several tries I just gave up and now have a $100 reminder to check with others who are more experienced. :(

how did you pay for this? if you used your cc check with them to see what recourse you might have.

I was going to purchase a VV mod from them but after everything I read, no thanks. The 2 biggest complaints are about the mods themselves not lasting and the customer service. I can deal with a crappy mod as long as the customer service takes care of any and all issues that may arise. This doesn't seem to be the norm with these guys. I passed and bought something else and have been very happy since.
