You have of course heard of Master Raidy

The original PAtent by Ruyan included a ultrasonic element to vaporize the juice as well as a coil like we have now , the coil happens to be better in this case because it heats the fluid , I think an ultrasonic element would be too cool IMO , BUT you never know until you test it.

in which case my toys are fine...lol notarized, sealed, and in a safe deposit box till I get an attorney to fill out papers...lol been doing a lot of emailing patent attorneys too...lol

BTW I am still looking for all the VV designs open source out of curiosity for the past week I have seen many but most are covered here...when I finish I will post a batch list...I see no purpose in typing 20 posts on one thread when I can put them in 1 post, easier to cross reference...

and TYVM for the Initiative MoC oops! Retired

Yea you'll spend ALL of your money defending it. and that's all that will happen with a patent.
If you don't spend your money defending your patent you will lose it, and if you do, your lawyer will get a new BMW,
either way, you lose.

Wow bad experience Gummy ?? BTW I have 10 patents and my company would not be what it is today without them , I have never had to protect them in court because done the right way you never go to court !

Also you do not loose a patent by not defending it you loose it by Not paying maintenance fees to the USPTO , If a company is copying your patented design you have to address it , sometimes they will work with you sometimes they will not , it is a case by case basis .

Isn't that kinda what I said?
Well to be blunt, (not rude, just gonna tell it like it is)
I think that there are some people here that see your attempt to get a patent on VV as kinda like the guy that filed for copy rights to 100s of old standard songs that were written before there were even copy right laws.

It could be a lack of understanding as to just what your intentions are with all this.

If you just want to patent something that you are (or going to) manf. that is VV then cool, but if your just trying to be an opportunist and patent VV so you can sue ( or threaten to sue in hopes of a settlement) then I understand why they are upset with you. Judging from the reply to me above, It sure sounds like that is your intent. You said "I have never had to protect them in court because done the right way you never go to court !" .

So I'll ask,,Just what are your intentions?
