@HeiSINberg, Oooohhhh! I get it! It would fit into the drip chamber/tip opening and you'd have to ditch the whole drip cap with the AFC. I was getting very confused there. Basically the airflow controller with the tip would be set-aside. I was trying to figure out how the whole top cap wouldn't be used (as in the barrel/top cap). It's difficult sometimes to convey what we are talking about becasue there only shaky language we have to identify all these parts from atties that do their own thing.

Yeah sorry lol i tried saying that as best i could so everyone would understand it. And i know not everyone is gonna up and think its the best thing ever, cause its not. But hey, it could be to someone so i just had to share it. But yes the whole top cap air flow controller would be set aside and the JMK tip would go inside the what would be the 510 part. Its not a bad fix for a now kinda thing, till someone makes something for it ya know. Hell i wouldnt mind him doing it but since you already are in contact with someone about that i wont ask him. Plus i dont think the demand would be there enough for him to do it, but maybe im wrong who knows.

It's not a bad fix at all. I keep mine at about 3 1/2 open, so it's practically fully open.

Same here. Im normally 3 holes open on each side depending, sometimes i have it all the way i dont think it would bother me much at all. I might get it, im not sure. It honestly wouldn't even be that hard to dremel that stainless steel tip right off come to think of it lol.

Just got my vector today, threw in a pair of claptons (.37 ohms) vaping her @ 75w and I must say I really like this atty. Trying to decide which air flow configuration is giving me the best flavor. Seems with just an air hole open is the sweet spot, and I must say the flavor is astounding.

Yeah, I went through a bit of a time adjusting that thing like mad, until I set it and left it. Leave it at a certain opening and then vape at if for a day or so. If the next day you realize it wasn't as good as it was yesterday, then you know. I find that changing it too frequently while vaping doesn't help to really illuminate what is what -- the differences start to get blurry.

Fking USPS has "lost" my package. Left the sort facility near me on Wednesday, with an Estimated Delivery date of yesterday. Tracking still has not updated, called 1800askusps and they have no information on it. That's what I get for not ordering from a reputable site with UPS delivery options.

*Insert infamous "You see what had happened was...." statement that all drinking stories start with*

I had a few drinks, was pa-rousing eBay and bid on an authentic from frenzyvape79. Won the auction for $43 a few days later without remembering even bidding on it. I mean, it just left CA on Monday, I'm just THAT impatient lol.

Well im not sure where your from but even if it was priority 2 day and im in NJ it would be here. But its probly ground shipping, which i hate cause its always a day late.....always.
Tracking just says "First-Class Package Service". I called USPS and they have no idea where the package is. Gave me a case number and said I should hear something from them within one USPS Business day (so by lunchtime tomorrow). I may go shop hopping this weekend and buy one then sell mine this one off if it ever arrives lol.

I am going to go out on a limb here and say it is not lost. I order from and sell on ebay (though NOT ecig stuff, okay, mods?! LOL). Slow delivery happens sometimes. I have had probably 7-10 packages in the last month that were a day-three days late from their estimated delivery. But I got it each time.

It's not the first time it's happened to me. I just wanted one thing to make my week better after being forced to work overtime everyday this week lol. I'm too impatient for vapemail lol.

Frankly, I think vapers broke the system. We get more mail than a little bit!!!!

Just wanted to chime in again. I've been vaping on my vector, and out of curiosity I put identical builds/juice in my vector, derringer and bambino (twisted 26g, 6 wraps, 2.5mm ID @ 85w) and after vaping them side by side (Snow wolf 200w, IPv3 and Sig 150) I must say I prefer the flavor of the vector over the Derringer and the Bambino. I really love the derringer, I own 3 of them, and after vaping on the vector for over a week my derringers are going on the shelf.

Since Derringers take up so much room, I got some shelf space if you need. ;)

Im going to agree with this fully. Like you i did the same thing, i have a bambino and a derringer, but i sold my bambino. But at the time i still had it and used all 3 at the time and i always found myself grabbing the vector more then the others.

Finally picked up my vector from a friend today while I was out getting my Father's Day present for myself (55" LG smart tv!). Got home and checked the mailbox and my missing one was in there lol. Ended up turning around and selling one to another friend.

After doing a complete wall mounted hidden wire install all day and printing some shirts for a customer, I just now got to throw a build in it. Dual Fused Clapton. (2) 26ga nichrome80 wrapped in 34ga nichrome80. 6 wraps 2.5mm coming in around .19ohm. Loving the flavor and warmth so far at 75W on my sigelei 150.

So glad you guys "talked" me into it @HeiSINberg and @Mr.Mann!
