Hello everyone! Totally off topic here, but has anybody ever noticed a strange metallic taste while vaping and eating popcorn at the same time? Last time I thought, wow that popcorn tastes funny, but today I had a few pieces again and the same taste came back. Huh?? Weird....just thought I throw this out there to see if I'm the only one experiencing it. The only reason I posted it here is because I'm a big VCV fan and I already feel comfortable in this thread, lol oh and it was with different juices, so that's not the issue

The did start a thread in the suppliers forum earlier this year, at the beginning of this coupon marathon!
The vapor is better then it was with my pt on the MVP but the flavor to me is so muted compared to the iclear16s. Vaping ice beard on both toppers right now and as far as flavor goes the iclear blows the protank away. The vapor production is really good on both now and I like the lighter draw on the protank but the iclear16 is still the winner in book.
I watched that video awhile ago and it was really good, I'm just not into rebuilding coils yet. I have heard a lot of people say that the cotton wicks are the way to go with the protanks for both flavor and vapor. It's something I may think about in the future.
Btw how was the ice beard and ctg? I would think that may be better with wb??

I tried WB and VC in a mini PTII and I think you should definitely try it.
I forgot that VC has some issues on my current set up, so when I tried it, it didn't work with every vape. But when it did work, I could tell that it would be really good.
I mixed a small 3ml bottle and am letting it sit until my ProVari gets here.......
Yep I used the valentines for the total 35% off as well...great deal so I bought a little more then I would have otherwise.
Can I ask you have the vanilla tobacco compares to the wb and vc mix? Is the vanilla tobacco better in your opinion?

Before using for the 1st time, I disassembled my iClear 30 & gave it a warm-water rinse first.. Good to do for any brand-new clearo..
The 30 gives a bigger harder-hitting vape, but mutes the flavor a little compared to the 16.. Also a pretty big juice guzzler.. I still like it for certain flavors & for when I want that bigger nic hit... 4.5mg in it can knock me on my .... sometimes... Not a fan of metal mouthpieces
It reminds me of Straw-Gwab more than HB, but I look at all 3 as in the same vein, anyway
I think it might be the pear and/or melon in it, probably the melon (blech, jrenae

I actually tried that last week and really liked it. That's what has kind of started me thinking about what else I can mix. I actually mixed that last week because i didn't like the wb by itself but with the vanilla it was awesome! So much so I ordered a 30ml of wb and vanilla custard over the weekend. I like the 60/40 mix vc over wb but that's just my preference

Yeah, I burned through 2/3rds of my zero-nic unflavored (120) this evening through mixing.. Now I've got a bunch of 3mg!
Still have a little unmixed 6 (no bottle space) and some 4.5, but I'm pushing 3 more & more these days... I probably said it last drop, too, but I think I'll be at 3 for a while.. I notice I chain-vape more of it than 4.5
Now if we could just get jrenae to hold off on $40-$50 worth of juice, so she could get one, too...
Nah, I know the vape budget thing can be tough, especially as a vaper is ramping up those 1st few months..

Thanks for your help and suggestions again..so happy with the MVP. I chain vape quite a bit and I have got about a day an a half on it. It's hard to say because I use it all day and night then charge it while I'm sleeping. The real test will be when I work on Wednesday for 10 hours, then I'll see if it lasts me till around 11pm when I go to bed. That will be an 18hr day with some very frequent vaping.
Your right about the fc I think it's the pear that I don't like. I couldn't put my finger on what flavor it was until you said that. As far as fruity flavors hb is my favorite with strawgawb in second. I do have some ctg I have to try as well, I was reading this thread and noticed quite a few of the regular vcv fans really liked it so I ordered a 15ml 2 orders ago.
I'm really not a fan of sour skittles at all...just gave away 2 samples and a 15ml of it in the past 2 weeks. I know that sometimes things you wouldn't think go together are good but I just can't imagine sc and ib would good..to me anyway. What are your thoughts on ib and vc? I think it would be really good or really bad, no In between lol
You know what? I just lowered FC from 6.5 watts to 6 watts (using my Sigelei right now).. FC is a little better at a lower setting, IMO.. Typically fruits do better down there
A lot of people apparently like fruit & menthol.. Considering IB is a mild menthol, thought I'd give it a shot.. mildly fruity, mildly menthol tobacco.. I liked it
Hard to say with IB & VC.. I'm guessing it would work... I was doing Burley & VC for a while, and I liked it better than the original Burley
Give it a whirl! Just do a clearo of it first, then you can always bottle-mix more later if you like it
Vanilla Tobacco is my absolute favorite. Not as sweet and rich and the Custard Beard. VT is just a great pure vanilla taste with a good hint of tobacco. Ever try tasting pure vanilla extract? Yeah pretty much just like that in a mild tobacco flavor!
Haven't tried White Shift....yet!
Iirc, IB and CTG was pretty good.

Full size, satin w/blue LED.
Right now I have two 5v Vapor Zeus which I like but obviously it has it's limitations. I also have a small 3.7v Kanger to dry burn coil heads.
The VC just burned on the 5.v so I can only vape it on the 3.7. But when I mixed the IB and VC I forgot about that so it didn't vape well on the 5v and the IB just didn't come out on the 3.7v....
So, I decided it was time to order the ProVari instead of waiting until next month like I originally planned. I really, really want to try that IB and VC mix...lol

Maybe try asking that on the main juice board? Might get more exposure that way.. greater odds of that happened to somebody else

This is an awesome mixing combo!! We were at a birthday party a while back and this is how we by accident found out. My friend was vaping harvest berries and I had fruit cup in mine. Just for fun and a picture we vaped both at the same time (you know stereo) lol and the flavor was amazing. I had to share that one with velvet cloud...hehehe....
