I had to post here too. I tried them at the suggestion of a friend (*hint^^^^) and I loved it!! My favorite is Monkey Business (which I didn't even buy- it was a gift from the same friend^^). It is soooo good. The combination of flavors is really tasty. I also really like Mewlews Magic. I taste the chocolate glazed donut the most in that one, and it is really good!! I am sooo glad I gave them a try!!!

I tried four or five drops of maple mtn in my rda, it was different, not bad, but I don't know if I will order any.

Been thinking about this a little. I grew up on cane syrup, to this day I prefer it because that is what tastes right to me. It might be my preference for cane to maple that makes it odd to me.

RuDawg7890 like this.

What are you down to these days, like 700ml?

I see a lot of nic-cutting in your future.. :D

Haha I stopped counting after my last order!
I have 30ml bottles of each of the beards en route @ 12mg to cut my 18's to 15.
I've already started cutting my non-beard flavors with unflavored to 15.
I'll be working my way to straight 12 and so on.

And before you know it, you'll be needing 6 to cut your 12 & 18.. :D

Nah, people are all over the place when it comes to dropping nic levels.. Apparently some do it fairly quickly, while others will stay at the same level for a year or 2.. And with new/better vape-gear coming online all the time, and/or people just upgrading their stuff, that's causing some vapers to cut their nic, too... I swear that my ProVari is part of the reason why I need to drop -- I noticed the difference starting from the 1st few vapes

Yeah, I need to do some more experimenting, but sounds like I'm getting similar results as you.. seems like the tobaccos don't do as well with higher cutting with unflavored..

At 50/50, the tobacco flavor is a little too mild..

But then yesterday I cut a Night Shift / Nutty Cookie mix left in my tank with unflavored.. the ratio was like 4:1 or 3:1 (80/20, 75/25).. BOOM! The liquid is still really dark, and the flavor is perfect.. Probably could go even more unflavored without much flavor reduction with that one

I've gone as high as like 9:1 to 14:1 with fruits before (if not even higher).. Pretty mild, but could still taste enough of it

Obvioulsy a lot of this has to do with topper choice & what sort of shape one's tastebuds are in, as well as what you're willing to accept for flavor level... But I've been pretty surprised & impressed so far.. Tones down powerful flavors, spices up regular boring unflavored, & definitely helps with the vape budget...

I LOVE Monkey Business...I can never stop vaping it once I start. Mewlew's is next on my list of favorites, although it really a tie. I ordered some Maple Mountain Breakfast this time to see how I like it. Should be here tomorrow or Monday at the latest. YUM!

The Provarinati is here! The Provarinati is here!

Welcome, ladies!

Yeah, I make my own Monkey Business by vaping on Night Shift while eating a banana..

Though I suppose it would be easier just to order some more...

Okay, now this has me wondering..

Are my tastebuds really this sensitive? Are my $4-$11 clearos putting out some of the best flavor out there? Am I just delusional??

I don't get how some people are saying (especially in other threads) that VCV has very little flavor..

Is it intense flavor? No, not all of them.. But even the mildest VCV flavors that I've had so far are more than adequate..

There was that one abnormality of the 30ml CtG that obviously something went wrong, that there was barely any flavor even after a month-long steep.. I can only ballpark how many bottles I've gotten, but that 1 goof-up represents a failure rate of only a few %

And I enjoy the tobaccos & Peach Tea more in an iClear 30 -- which somewhat mutes the flavor, relatively speaking!

Not to mention that I've cut some flavors, like Harvest Berry, as high as 14:1 with unflavored.. meaning 14mls of unflavored to just 1ml of flavored (if that).. and I can still taste the flavor!

Maybe I'm just a super-sensitive taste freak.. or just doing something right.. or they're doing something wrong.. or all of the above

And even with what I perceive to be the mildest flavors for me, like Sour Skittles or Vanilla Custard (and I'm not even so sure about that one), which are probably the least likely to get cut with unflavored, are more than adequate for my tastebuds

I don't know.. just weird... Maybe they should have tried my Monkey Business in an iClear 16, so they, too, could have experienced the same intense fudge overload that I did...

Or how about the 16 that I recently filled with Burley a couple times, vaped down to nothing, re-filled with Harvest Berry without rinsing & vaped down to nothing, and then re-filled with Vanilla Custard without rinising -- I can still taste all 3 flavors! Definitely an, uh, "interesting" combo.. one that I care not to repeat, LOL

Anyway... :D

Peach Tea? The past 2-3 days I've been vaping this stuff up in an iClear 30 like there's no tomorrow... It's quickly climbing the VCV ranks -- and I can probably count on 1 hand how many times in my life that I've drank tea, which I don't find all that appealing!

The tea aspect was too much for me in an iClear 16, but I might have to revisit that with some cut with unflavored

Not sure it will ever crack my top 3, but it's now up there, and I can chain-vape this stuff for hours...

In my opinion, 90% of those who are saying that are trying it fresh out of the mail or before it's fully steeped. I always try a juice when I first get it in order to gauge the steep, and IMO there isn't any flavor at all FOOB, but give it two weeks and BAM!

Ctg mixes nicely with burly and blue beard. Actually sour skittles and summer sweet do to. Could just be that I'm not a huge fan of the tobaccos.

Add Ice Beard to that!

1 part Ice Beard + 1 part unflavored + 2 parts Sour Skittles = :headbang:

I call it.. Sour Beard... Tastes better than it sounds :D

Been vaping it in an iClear 30 at 4.5mg.. better than I thought it would be, both at the flavor level & the nic level

Yeah, I need to start mixing flavors for 4.5mg (3 & 6 @ 50/50).. 6 has been getting too crazy

Have to do some flavor/nic/volume planning to make it work with existing inventory, but I'm sensing a "small" order on the horizon...

I'm thinking it's the lack of steeping, as you said.. plus their choice of toppers that just aren't delivering the flavor strength

At least for some of those cases.. who knows...

Never mind.. did some grouping & even some pre-mixing (where I had bottle space)... Should be able to hold off for a month or two at 4.5mg in various flavor combos, then will re-visit inventory at that time.. Phew...

I don't remember smoking ever being this complicated!

Anyway, a couple interesting mix ideas at VCV's Facebook...

"Omg! Anybody who has fruit cup and harvest berries....you have to mix the two! It's an amazing flavor! I'm in awe!"
VCV: "OH WOW! that IS good. how have WE not even tried this yet?"

"So I ordered a bottle of Nutty Cookie, Mewlew's Magic, and got a sample of Caramel Swirl, and just got them two or three days ago. First of all, Nutty Cookie is the best juice I've ever tried, but that's not the point of this post. So I'd been puffing on Caramel Swirl for a while and thought it was all right, but not great. So I combined about 45% Caramel Swirl, 45% Nutty Cookie, and 10% Mewlew's Magic, and lo and behold, it tasted almost exactly like Cinnamon Toast Crunch. So thanks for inadvertently letting me vape my favorite cereal."

Well, taste is subjective and blah blah blah. I really don't get it either though. I get a mouthful of flavor with VCV. I suspect it's a hardware/tastebud issue with some people.

Ooh Fruit Cup and HB...I'll have to try it :)

Not sure what ratios they're talking about, but I guess the standard would be 50/50, and work from there.. And obviously try it out just at the tank level 1st (as opposed to pre-mixing a big bottle of it right off the bat )..

Let us know how it is!

I find it funny that VCV mixes their own flavors, just like us.. Then again, I guess it's not really all that surprising, if you think about it...

I've had some brands before that were more intense than VCV, like every single flavor of those brands..

Of course, those flavors/brands were also GROSS! Too much of a bad thing does not equal a good thing...

This evening I was too lazy be fooling with a dripper so I revived an old Mini Protank 2. I was even too lazy to make a coil for it, so I just did a quick cotton "tune-up" on a brand new stock head. Having gone through most of a tank of a roughly 50/50 blend of Vanilla Custard and Night Shift now, I've concluded that the flavor is NOT too subtle; in fact it's just fine. I could see this stuff being my late-night vape for a while.

Just whipped up an iClear 16 of this recipe.. 50/50 Vanilla Custard & Night Shift, at 4.5mg...

The VC has been steeping for close to 1.5 months.. The NS is almost a month old

Only been vaping it for a few minutes now, but how did I not try this sooner??

Sucks that I only have a 6-7ml sample of NS left

Tastes like one of these...
