Hi Folks, I know ecf forum etiquette is to not post other vendors products in other vendors sub-forums and also for other vendors to not post in other vendors sub-forums but I'd like to offer an open invitation for other vendors to post in our madvapes sub-forum if they are able to answer a question for a member or for members being able to post I know where you can find that type of product especially if it’s a product that we may not carry type of posts.

I know I'd love to be able to respond to posts in other vendors forums sometimes because I may have an answer that can help, but can't :(

As long as the posts are not direct advertising or skirting the edge of advertising and are purely to help other folks with issues or finding products, then have at it :)

Also a big thanks to our supporters who take the time to help us identify questionable posts :toast:

the mods may squash this idea but let's see what happens

I've only made two small orders from you guys. But this is a very cool attitude you have here. I think if you work toward customer satisfaction in any way necessary, even if that means you lose a few sales to other vendors you will begin to develop a reputation for fair dealing and honesty. In this particular industry, where customers can't always see or touch what they are buying, reputation is everything.

I kind of got shafted by another vendor, but look forward to doing business with you guys. Your prices seem extremely reasonable. As long as you continue to provide great service, your enterprize can only grow.

This is a really cool attitude from a vendor! Customer service is nearly dead in the USA. Most companies do not have the vision to care about long term customer relations. It is usually all about the short term - how will this effect my immediate profit and loss statement.

You are taking a gamble on this one, and you might possibly loose a little business to competitors, but I think you will find that you will actually gain by this, and your current customers will be even more loyal to you now. If I was not already buying from you, I most certainly would consider it after reading your post.

This is an automated notification from BigChief to let you know that 1000 respect points have been rewarded to you for your post #3894505.

Thank-you!

Just to agree with big chief, I think its awesome and you will reap tons of indirect benefits this way.

Even if people come into the vaping world via another vendor you still want them to vape. Because more vapers means more business for you in the long run. All vendors should be doing this in a collaborative way imho. As a vendor would you really care if Joe Customer bought a starter kit from a competitor, if he then came to your site, found maybe a better price or just a product you offered that was novel? Vapers are long term repeat customers, it pays to help them out.
