Vent holes

hehe... go to a hardware store and get a good metal bit. :) Use a punch/awl to create a starter hole... and go to town. :) SS will probably be the hardest go to through. If you can (ie no working parts inside the casing) use water to keep the bit/metal cool while you are drilling. I usually use a cordless drill, metal bit and a little tray of water. :) Stick it down about 1/2 below the water and hold it tight. :) MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A PILOT HOLE or you will probably slip the bit down into whatever the tray of water is sitting on top of. :)

Hope this helps.

If someone doesn't know how to drill a vent hole, and I don't have a problem with that, maybe just get some hands on instruction, or get someone to help.
I kept getting really bad mental images as I read this thread.
Like maybe:
Electric drill, underwater, drilling into the .... end of a mod, whoops right through the battery which I forgot to take out, battery blows, unvented mod comes apart, and I drop the electric drill in the tub with me.

If you don't know what you are doing don't do it.
