I purchased a Loch Ness mod on April 23, 2018. I received the mod on April 25, 2018. Within the first day (less than 24 hours after receiving the unit) the battery door physically broke off of the device. I contacted venvii support via email (support@venvii.com) on April 27, 2018. I was promptly given an RMA Case ID# and sent a return shipping label via stamps.com. I printed the label and returned the defective unit on Monday April 30, 2018.
Since returning the device I have heard nothing. I have emailed support on multiple occasions with zero response. They have NOT replaced the unit. They have NOT communicated with me in any way/shape/form since sending me the return label. They have zero presence on social media so this support email is my only means of establishing communication.
Buyer beware, I have given this company my money and I have nothing to show for it.
