v3 seems to have awesome deals. My local B&M charge $28 for A 60ml bottle. I just can't do that.

It's popular in Australia, but we're a nanny state and the government banned sale of liquid nicotine,
also because we're funded by big tobacco in a huge way. Here, you can be spending $35-45 for 30ml of ejuice with 0mg. The international companies need to become more competitive here, there's a large market - just today at my local vape shop there were 12 people inside vaping and chatting, other than me and my friend and the shop owners. I have found a few, but have had very bad experiences with Vista Vapors, and Mt Baker only offers 30ml bottles, not really worth the almost $30 in shipping paying $8USD (converts to $11 or so AUD) for 30ml bottles.

Have you tried Yaeliq? They are a juice company based in Israel, they have pretty good pricing, not as good as V3, but still very affordable and shipping is worldwide and reasonable. They ship pretty fast too, took 7 days from Israel to Texas. They usually offer several flavors every month for $11/100ml and every so often offer all their flavors for $11/100ml. They have a huge selection. I've tried several and they were all good, their Milkshake Line is excellent, the Strudel de Yaeliq (apple strudel) is excellent, I've also heard great things about their tobaccos.
