I've been noticing the term "Verified Member" showing up by some people's avatars. I've searched around but can't find out what that means? It's not listed here:

Thanks for that link JerryRM, but in searching that thread, the only "official" post I could find was this one:

And it only talks about things that are "in the early stages of discussing". Since apparently something has been implemented....does anyone know of where there is an official explanation of this member status? Not being lazy, I have searched and have been unable to find anything definitive.

It's just testing out new functionality for possible use with the Classifieds. Nothing final, nothing "live". A couple of people are acting as the equivalent of "crash test dummies".

On a serious note. Mark is correct, there are a few members currently helping us test some additional ideas we are working on for the classifieds.

J0ker will post more information as we get closer to implementing any upgrades/changes.

It appears so, from what I see so far. As the only members denoted as "verified" are "supporting" members from what I've seen.

being a supported member does not give you the right to be a verified member.......... any supporting member could be ghost member ..............

BTW it is not related to money it is related to Members protection
