Hello, I used to vape 30mg/ml nic salt juices. Recently moved to Europe, can't find high strenght nic salt juices to buy... If I mix a regular 50/50 20mg/ml nic salt juice + 11mg/ml 50VG flavourless nicotine salt, will I get a 31mg/ml strenght nic salt? Or the result is a too much VG juice? Is there a better and easy way to do it? Are there any vendors that sell high strenght salt nic juices? As I said in the title, dumb indeed - thanks for the help!

there may be different laws and they may use different materials in their salt nic giving it a different atomic weight. This is a reason I don’t like salts. there are hundreds of chemicals that can be reacted with nicotine to make an nic salt and they all have different atomic weights. This means that if you change the reactant Xmg of salt nic may have an actual different amount of nic in it, with either more or less being the other chemical, whatever it is. My move has always been to DIY with just nic. Then I know more-to-less what is in it. It’s vastly cheaper anyway. It would matter less if they just used the amount of actual nicotine but I don’t think they do. I met a guy who said he was smoking 80mg which would be crazy otherwise. The highest dosage old school was 24 mg. And that was supposed to be high because they did it wrong. The highest number I’ve seen for “freebase”. (Why did they pick the most dangerous sounding word they could find?!) is 6 with 12 usually the highest you can get. That basically locks out people trying to quit if they’re the same

Sorry mate, no (mixing two shots of 80 proof vodka does not make it 160 proof.)
50/50 = 50%VG/50%PG
Please use a calculator when mixing.
Order stronger nicotine from outside the EU.

As I understand it, 20mg/ml is a Maximin. And as Izan said, mixing Two Shots of Vodka doesn't make Stronger Vodka.

In fact, Mixing the same amount of 20mg/ml and 11mg/ml together ends up with something that is only 15.5mg/ml. (20 Plus 11 Divided by 2)

I know that going down to 20mg/ml may seem like a Big Decrease. But I bet you will find 20mg/ml to be normal very quickly.

Nope you were supposed to start on whatever you were smoking. 24 was straights, 20 was “full flavor” 16 was “lights”. Later people said that was way too high because the number was for a pack, not an individual cigarette, but the percentage thing is still the same. One thing I have found though is if one has Very Limited Choices, making the Choice is Usually Much Easier. Going from 30mg/ml to 20mg/ml when 30mg/ml is available can be tough for many. But if you have No Other Option, then the Transition is probably going to be Easier.

True. It’s possible 20ml in the EU IS 80 ml in the U.S. though, depending on if ther is a change in measurement. If there isn’t 20 is better anyway.

Welcome to ECF, dsavi. If those two are mixed together, you will end up with a 15ish mg/ml nic level. As Izan said, use an online calculator. A fairly accurate algorithm to use (if we mere humans are allowed to use them..) is like so: add (in your head) the nic level of the two juices and divide that sum in half.

Hi, thank you. In fact, I´m not in Europe, I´m in the Canary Islands, which is Spanish territory, Thank you all for sharing the knowledge and for the reasonable advices!

Didja know that on the Canary Islands there are no canaries. Similar thing on the Virgin Islands, there are no canaries there either.
