Just wanted to say how extremely happy I am with the service and products I have received from V4L. My orders have always been perfect and usually arrive after just one business day (I am close by). Their warranty policy has me SMILIN. I have had two batteries give me fits and they replaced BOTH and don't even want the old ones back. Just wanted to say THANKS and keep up the good work.

I can't believe that the V4L staff is so small but they manage to keep so many of their customers happy. They have all the skills for a new company to grow and succeed. I'm a happy V4L customer as well.

I am a geochemist, I did hear about this but I did not feel it. There is a fault system close by.

V4l is a good company, I am glad you are happy with your order!

I did feel the quake at approximately 4am. I thought I was going to work but decided on a snow day instead. I looked all over thinking a tree had fallen on the house with the heavy snow. I lived in southern California for a while and was always driving when they had tremors there so this is the first quake I ever felt.

I've been SMILIN since Nov.10th,09 (90 Days analog FREE!!!) . The gang at V4L have been great. If I had a problem they took care of it. If I needed advice either they helped me or one of you guys or gals did.That's why I come to this forum for most part everyone is very caring and helpful. Everytime I order I get what I order PLUS.They have always been their for me and I know they always will be. I just wanted to them know I will be there for them too. I do wish that people would just let THEM take care of their business their way. WE only make it worse when we don't know all of the info. and both sides of the story. If it can be resolved Steve, Mark ,Val, and Leaford can handle it. So please just apologize tell them to contact V4L . Then let them do it. If they don't that is their loss. You can't help those who don't want it. Then move on.
