more likely some just sit in the back of the customs shed.. our US SD deliveries take anythng from 6 to 14 days.. none of them get checked..

all this customs scare stuff is just that... take this from someone who ships hundred of packages to the US...

at least for small packages its just scare stuff...

I would think that the FDA has good reason for suppliers to be scared. Everyone knows that they're using Customs as a stopgap in lieu of a ban.

USPS dont help with the customs "scare stuff" ether by telling folks their package is still in customs when it isnt..

the stuff we ship updates when it arrives in NY.. the next update which could be ten days later is when the item is delivered.. or more accurately a couple of hours after the item is delivered...

during all this time USPS will say its still in customs... it isnt.. its as we now say "Somewhere in America" on its way to your mailbox..

I wonder what the difference is. It has to be the cheap end of shipping.

an obvious assumption.. the more it costs the quicker it is.. but it isnt true in the UK...

DX free shipping.. put on the airplane in china on one day.. arrives at my door two days later..

expensive express shipping.. put on the airplane in china arrives at my door six days later...

there is no great logic at work here but its %100 how it is for us....

To me express shipping is the BIGGEST JOKE!! They are basically telling you "Hey you pay us double or triple the shipping rate and we will do our job the way we are suppose to, otherwise, you'll get your shipment 6 days from now".

If they can do it if you pay extra then they should do it all the time!!!!!!! And they wonder why people complain about postage rate increases.
