this is my first order from HG and it includes stuff for a friend...and I have to keep reminding myself and her that this is not HG's fault...since it is in the country...it's my mistake for paying for slow boat...and the PS fault for not delivering it!

I too am waiting on a shipment from them and it is also stuck in customs with the same date as yours. I have e-mailed them bu they are out for Chinese New Year. Seems like a PROBLEM
to me, we are probably going to have to get a refund. I am going to order from somewhere in the USA so I am not without...Good Luck8-o to us both!!!!

I placed my first ever order to Tasty Vapor because of the delay...I'm not near out of juice...but close enough I feel uncomfortable...and my favorite atty supply place was out of stock right before CNY...so, unfortunately I had to try a new supplier. Once again, I'm stating that I understand this is NOT heaven gifts fault...this is purely my fault for choosing cheap shipping...and/or USPS's fault for being lazy...
I think there are 4 of us in total that have our shipments sitting in the same place as of the same day!
GOOD LUCK TO US ALL! I think we should keep each other appeased of any progress though...so if one of us gets ours, the others will know it is coming soon.
I checked my tracking this morning and it just says
Track & Confirm is temporarily unavailable.

Make that 5. Slow boat shipping and arrived in NY on the 8th. Still waiting.
Now I'm wondering whether to order any more or not, but they're out of the juices I want anyway.
Well...we can only hope that our luck changes this week! I cannot reorder from anywhere the things I need because I need atomizers...and in this shipment we have included adapters to switch to diff attys cuz we're havin' problems with the ones we have been using this past year...and until I know that shipment will definetely get here...I'm SOL! :/ Good luck to us all!
There's no point contacting Heaven Gifts at this point, you should all be contacting USPS. I have contacted them with my complaint and am awaiting their reply. You should all do the same.
Heaven Gifts will not be open until tomorrow. I placed an order yesterday with them. I've been thinking about the tracking info you put up. It says inbound to NY and I'm wondering if that means it's somewhere on the ocean and not actually in NY yet. Everything I've ordered has shown as Arrived SF and inbound into Customs. Just a thought, of course I've always ordered EMS.
Wolf...we all went for airmail I believe...so unless our plane went down...I'm thinkin' there's a box that was misplaced behind a machine in the sorting center. I kid I kid. Hopefully we'll get our orders soon. I have been uneasy about contacting USPS though...because if we all get too antsy they might wonder what's so important and start getting nosey. Just because Judge Leon stopped FDA from seizing njoy and SE shipments doesn't mean they won't seize other company's. I'm kind of a sheep
It doesn't just say Inbound, but Arrival as well with a time and date.
In any case, I highly doubt our packages have been seized. I think someone screwed up, and the more people inquire about their missing packages, the better.. IMO.

true, I suppose that if our packages are on the sidelines...there are more people out there with the same problem that have packages from different places that are still waiting as well.
GREAT NEWS EVERYBODY! You should expect your packages soon. I live in Nebraska and my post office has a package waiting for me there, I'll be able to pick it up soon. Of course, I did forget to ask her if it was from China...but there is no way that my only other order (from Tasty Vapor) that was mailed out Saturday afternoon is here already right? Boy, that would be hilarious, ironic, and annoying all at once!

I think that just the one time was enough to teach me to order stateside. It got here but it was a long darn trip.
Most of my chinese orders get here within 7-10 days...I paid for the cheap shipping this time because HG wants so much for the EMS. Eastmall is a flat rate of $15 for EMS
I finally at least FOUND where my package is. It's in customs in chicago. Since the 13th!!
I have made many orders out of China and they never sat in customs for more than a couple hours.
Figures, the time I order 15 kits, 20 juice, atomizers, batteries, and 100 filters, it gets stopped by customs. I'm REALLY nervous now. Brick twinkie in pants.......now.
