Hi, I am very happy that this is making quitting a lot easier, no real cigs for a week. My question is does anyone know what type of e cig you get with the starter kit (20.00) from VaporUltra.com? I bought one from there but I am unsure of what cartomizers I can buy for it. I thought they were somewhat the same but the more I read the more confused I get. Thank you in advance if someone can answer.

It's hard to tell. It could be a 510 but a lot of the small companies sell proprietary devices so you have to buy their cartos.

If you want a mini, you may want to consider switching to a more reputable brand that uses cartos that ca be purchased anywhere and refilled. Smokeless image sells a nice mini and uses 808 cartos. They can be refilled several times and are fairly inexpensive. There is even a 15% off coupon

From the picture they display, it sure looks like a 510 carto connection to me, which could be a very good thing. Do you have a vape shop nearby? If so, swing by and they will be thrilled to help you out. Guaranteed. A second suggestion would be to upgrade to a more mainstream device like an eGo, or an eGo Twist to start.

Welcome and congrats on converting over from smoking.
20 dollars for a start-up kit is very reasonable but they really make
their money off of the cartomizers.

If you could meet-up with other vapers or find a brick and mortar store
you'll be able to see what fits those small batteries without dropping
any cash.

Refilling blank cartomizers with juice you purchase in bottle for is much
less expensive.

You may also be able to refill the empty cartos you now have with bottled
juice of any of hundreds of flavours available.

Trying different flavours has kept me off smoking as tobacco sort of tastes
all the same to me. Vanilla is my ADV now and I make it myself for pennies.
I'm guessing but it probably costs me maybe .50 cents a day or less making
it myself.

Enjoy the journey koldham:vapor:

Thank you everyone, I am trying to get by for a month or so... I first bought a mistic from walmart.. it has a very good battery that will last me during working hours and this other one is for when I am charging the mistic. I know there are much better out there if one has the money but for now I just have to make do. Maybe I will find a 510 to try, or like someone said email them.. I do plan on upgrading but just not right away. Thanks again for responding and for all the other info on this site.

Looks like a 510 so you can drip eliquid onto the atty and is easiest with a drip tip. That is the cheapest way to go for you. Are you in western wa? If you are near me, I can look at it and set you up with some supplies (free of course).

I am in western wa, Port Orchard, there are a limited number of places here that I can get supplies, so I will be doing most online. Thanks.

510 thread is the most widely used here on ECF, with KR808 being second. Cartomizers and cartomizer tanks are also widely used with most of the ecigs here.

Battery capacity, expressed as MAH ( milli amp hours), is the key to charge life. The higher the better. The lowest starting point that will reliably get you through a work day is around 1000mah, but lots of people use eGo and Riva batteries that are 650mah to 750mah. You just carry an extra battery in your car. You can also charge batteries using a USB convenience outlet adapter with the charger pigtail plugged in.

If you like KR808 threads, the Volt is a good choice. For 510 threads, the eGo and Riva are solid picks. You can also buy the eGo Twist battery. It gives you variable voltage from 2.9v to 4.2v using a twist knob at the bottom of the battery to adjust the vape voltage to your liking.

Boge and Smoktech cartos are favorites here.

YES! Mroutlaw has done his research! Smokless Image (awsome Customer Service)
I just bought the one he's talking about MINI...The VOLT. (didn't get here yet / I'm a baby too here)
People are blown away with the power / vaper on this thing 3.8 volts from a mini?!....wow,...I think
S.I. also has Bigger batteries you can pop on (compairable to EGO/KGO)...all batts are new sealed technology. This makes your upgrading nice. I guess (like people are saying)...(the bigger batts they sell)..."It's the same thing"
All in all everyone is saying that the company is great...Check em out...Check out the You Tube reviews...

There is one in Bremerton, he was at our vapemeet recently. Vaporium is in Lakewood. I am in east Tacoma which isn't that far so if you need things/help and you are willing to make the drive, let me know. I have lots of extra stuff including Kr8 and 510 cartomizers that I don't use and extra 510 batteries, not being used.
