Recently ordered 2 Kanger T2 clearomizers, an awesome product, far exceeds any other clearo I have used. Shipping was lighting fast. I placed the order on a Friday night, the order was in the mail the following morning and arrived across the country by Monday! I had an issue with our card being double charged due to me hitting the submit button one too many times. I called the number on the site and reached Rick (owner?) on his cell on the second ring, he was home with his family, he assured me the charge would disappear as it is a common system error. By monday the charge was reversed. Excellent customer service. Its rare to be this satisfied with an online vendor! Will absolutely be ordering from vaporalley again!

On my last order the P.O. marked the package as delivered in MD. Emailed Rick and got a quick response. The next day he went to the P.O. and found out what happened then called my house to let me know as well as sending an email. Got delivery a couple of days later. He stays on top of things and responds quickly. Great products and service.
