As I'm only allowed to post here being a new member, I just wanted to share a piece of excellent customer service I just received from the folks at Want2Vape. Ordered some juice on Friday and after some very friendly advice in this forum, added a few additional items yesterday. It was then that I realized I would have two different shiiping costs for an order that could be shipped in the same box. Sent tham an email today and asked if one of the shipping costs could be dropped. A rep emailed me today and said that a refund would cost them more than the shipping cost but offered to kick in juices or something else of the same value. I was simply floored they would go out of their way to help a customer out!! I'm just not used to that kind of service. I hope that telling this story doesn't violate any sort of rule regarding vendors, I just wanted to share.
