I'm getting desperate here. I have a big order I placed a week ago that EMS doesn't know exists.

Also, is sales@eastmall.net still a good email address.

I tried to email though the site's "contact us" option yesterday and I kept getting a "send failed" pop up window.

it is clearly stated on the site that working hours are 9am to 5 pm week days.
remember this is for Beijing China time please

do not expect reply on the weekends

and give them all time to get to you after the weekend,
cos many of you still send during the weekend
so they have to play catch up on mondays-

and yes, as far as I know -- that is a good email addy--

and I understood that the contact us form was working OK,

I will ask to have it checked again.

and I have no Idea when David will be in the live chat-
he goes there as soon as possible when he comes in to work,
so it depends on the urgency of other things he finds when he arrives.

I full well understand that ALL companies will have problems, but the test is how they handle them.

Correct me if I'm wrong, its going on 10 AM Monday in the PRC.

he is waiting for his car to come for him, --

I was getting real nervous here. My account info at Eastmall showed its status as being dispatched. All the grief that could have been avoided if they had responded when I emailed them or, better yet, shot me an email a week ago.

Off topic, but suits the thread title: stupid facebook log in made me lose my old account lol. I stopped using facebook, so when i tried to log in to ECF with my facebook account it didn't work lol. Baah


Yes, I understand that ecf are still upgrading the site still---

when it is done it should be better and faster for us--

and go back to the old template that we love also --

now about facebook-
