here is a link to the negative review i have left http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/reviews-suppliers/225058-liberty-flights.html ..... this has been ongoing and unresolved and i would very much like to talk to someone OTHER than jacob, as he has made it quite clear via email, he does not have time to be dealing with this as he has already spoken to me many times on the phone and over e-mail....these are his words :) also, i apparently do not seem to understand how things work on your end ..... at least this seems to be his take on the situation.....

my take is he does not seem to understand that i do not like NOT getting a complete kit, which is what i paid for, and even though he suggested i upgrade to an ego from a riva, he should have been more specific and told me i was only going to receive PART of the kit. that is what i NOW understand....
