VG H2O Mixture

I just got 2 small bottles of this mix from cignot.com

I'm using this to weaken some 26mg camel PG juice I recently got along with some Marlboro 18mg that also is a little harsh for me.

I take it this is all I really need to do, right?
Also, if I wanted this in bulk or larger bottles could I just grab some VG from Walmart (USP grade) and some distilled water and mix my own?

It will weaken the nicotene just fine, however, you will also be weakening the flavor. You can use vg from Wally World and distilled water. I do!
