Guys, I've vaped for few months and now trying to make my own juice. I come across with this below recipe.

40% MVB Chocolate Mint

60% MVB Cookies & Cream

How do I distinguish the vg:pg? Do I mixed the unflavored vg:pg to 5:5 then adding the above concentrate drops by drops?

Say if I wanna make a 10ml bottle, is it 10ml of above concentrate, 45ml vg, 45ml pg?

It's a bit more complicated than that. You need four things...PG, VG, flavouring, and nicotine liquid. Nic liquid usually comes diluted in either PG or VG, and at different strengths. I think your recipe is saying that you would mix 40% choc and 60% cookies to make your base flavor, not your final eliquid. You would then use some of your newly made base flavor, maybe 20%, in you final mix. AFAIK most flavors are PG based.

thanks EmeraldLeo1982 but i have no idea currently what ingredient to use so the calculator doesn't work for me:(
Mr. Thin meaning to say that if I'm making 0 nic 50/50 liquid from the recipe I'll mixed 20% base flavor, 40%VG, 40%PG right?

Sort of correct, you're on the right path. But remember your flavor will probably be PG based, so this needs to be calculated in. Using your above calculation you would end up with 60% PG (20% already in the flavoring, and the 40% you're adding), and 40% VG. And remember the 20% quantity of flavor is a guess, you might not need as much, or need more.
