VG/PG definition

I've noticed on some ejuice website vendors the option to choose the vg/pg ratio. What does this mean and how does it affect the vape? Any information would be appreciated.

PG will allow the nicotine's throat hit to come through more, while VG masks more of it.
VG also produces more vapor, but it does mute some flavor.

Basically, more PG=More throat hit and flavor coming through.
More VG=More vapor.

vg=Vegetable glycerin pg=Propylene Glycol. VG is what will give you more vapor. PG is what will give you more flavor and more throat hit.
