Hi,

So ive searched and asked around and havent seem to get any concrete stuff on this.

Since ive started vaping ive had some stomach issues. I do not vape a ton but what i do is a 24-26 mg nicotine.

Now ive heard that some ppl have reactions to PG. Do they have them to VG as well? Which one cause more stomach problems

Whats the benefits to each kind?

Im not sure whether to switch from PG to VG ive tried them both......but i did them both at once. Like had one cart filled with one. one with the other. I know the nic is to high but i would like to know the pros and cons before i order more!

thanks

My "knowledge" about this is second hand and anecdotal. I believe that VG is more associated with stomach problems than PG. But everyone's physiology is different. I suggest that you order one small bottle of PG-based e-liquid and one of VG. Vape one of those exclusively for a couple days and see what happens. Then switch to the other.

BTW: If those stomach problems become severe or continue, go to a doctor. Getting advice from each other about the pros and cons of PV models and e-liquid suppliers is great ... but for medical issues, you need to consult a professional.

Other than negative reactions to one or the other, the main difference is: PG tends to produce greater throat hit; VG more vapor. When I mix my own e-liquid (or can get a supplier to do it to my specs), I combine both. Fortunately I don't seem to be alergic to either. Knock on wood.
