'Glycerin' is VG (vegetable glycerin, vegetable glycerine, vegetable glycol, glycerin are a some of terms used for VG). As long as it says "USP" or "Food Grade" on the label, it should be OK to use.

Also check the label to make sure there are no additional ingredient; should be only 'glycerin' under ingredients. Glycerin is often sold as a 'lotion' and some may contain additional ingredients that make it inappropriate for vaping.
I picked up a 6 oz bottle of glycerin at my local CVS pharmacy that is USP grade. Check your local pharmacy in the skin lotion section. The bottle I picked up is just CVS store brand.
