Viral Vapor Caravela clone

Okay, so I ordered an hcigar Carvela clone from Viral Vapor, got it today, and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to get it to work. it will either fire constantly or not at all, but it won't button push at all ever, and I think it has something to do with the button that I've not figured out yet. That button is either full on or nothing. If I screw the bottom cap in full it fires, until I unscrew it and there seems no way to adjust it so there's an actual button push.

There's prolly a learning curve to this thing and as yet I have no clue. I tried adjusting the top pin, and it makes contact with the atty positive end but I just cannot get this button to work right.

If I put a battery in this thing it fires, constant. There's no button push, the button is solid stiff and locked up. The only way to get it to stop firing is take out the battery or take off the atty. I'm pretty unhappy about this.

Have you identified the locking ring, and taken note of the fact that it is reverse threaded?

Okay, I finally figured it out. I should not be doing this after a 19 hour shift.... I took out the washer under the firing pin in the bottom and it works now and I'm happy again. Now I can agonize over when my Roller will get here.
