My new vision spinner 2 battery is flashing whenever I put on an Aspire clearomizer bdc and Nautlius. It's been fully charged. But the weird thing is when I screw on a protank 2 it works perfectly fine. Anyone know why it's doing this. How can it work with one and not the others. Especially when it was working fine with both Aspire tanks before the charge.

Sorry unforeseen I don't quite understand what you mean

Unforeseen moved your thread to the sub-forum 'eGo Type Models' Juvecoop.

This is really where your thread belongs IMO, but it may take a little while to get more responses to your issue.

I found this thread from the link left on 'General E-Smoking Discussion'.

If I could help you with your issue I would, but I'm much more into mechanical mods these days and not really up on the latest Spinner and clearo technology.

Hope someone here can help you with it :thumb:

How many flashes?

What's the resistance of the two that don't work on the Spinner? (Check them on your MVP2) If they're close to the low limit, the Spinner might be just enough "off" in it's protection circuit calibration to see it as a short, and be shutting down.

Or you might be over-tightening the toppers on it, compressing the insulating grommet and causing a short.

I have pretty much the same setup: V3 eGo spinner with Aspire DBC AND Nautilus and no issues whatsoever. I agree that if the circuit calibration is off it could read lower ohm coils as a short, but these coils should read 1.5 ohms for the DBC and 1.7-1.8 for the Nautilus, which is not all that low.

First rules of troubleshooting electronics that work with batteries: clean all the contacts (Q-tip and alcohol works good enough), try the other battery if you have one, make sure it's all fully charged and start at the lowest voltage.

Thanks a lot for all the info provided. Contacts has been cleaned as I had a similar issue before, so already tried that. It's definitely a connection issue of some sort. Either way I returned it back to the place if purchase and they are replacing it with a new one. I be
Eire it maybe from it being tight. But in order for it to fire properly the tank would have to be way to loose. I also tried to raise the centre pin up from the battery but still a no go. I'm going to pick up my new battery today. Let's see how it goes.
