The first thing I would check, is if you have a digital multimeter, do a basic continuity test between the center pin and the 510 threads while you have an atomizer attached. This will do the basic test to see if electricity can get to the coil from the 510. If the multimeter doesn't show a connection from the center pin to the 510 threads, then something is not connected somewhere.
The second thing I would test, is to do a resistance test with a multimeter. It should come close to the ohm reading of what the coil is getting. This will test to see if you have a short in the atomizer. If there's a short, it will be too low of a resistance for the spinner 2 to work, and the spinner 2 won't function.
There can be several things wrong with why the emow is not working with the spinner. It could be anything from an incompatible ohm reading, to the center pin on the spinner 2 is too low. Without more information, we can't really guess as to what could be the problem. Here are some basic steps that might help us figure out what's wrong.
Does the Emow work on another
device?
Have you tried it on an ohm meter? if so, what did it say?
do you notice anything else wrong with the
tank? is everything screwing in smoothly?
How does the 510 connector look? is the center pin flush with the threads?
