That is my next step. At time of purchase I had no idea I could re build it. Just waiting on my next order to pick up some wick and wire.
I just received my new ones after having to use a tank (yuck) for a week because mine broke at the neck. I figured I was the one that broke it because I was holding the body of it to take the mouthpiece on and off. I now hold onto the metal ring at the top to remove it so I won't crack that fragile neck. I try not to put it on too tight also.I loved mine when I got it, I have been using it for 2 wks... got a small crack at the bottom of the tank, sealed it with fingernail polishproblem solved... but then I started developing small hairline cracks that seem to be originating from where the wick touches the side of the tank. Tonight, the top metal ring that the mouthpiece screws into just snapped off!
I haven't dropped it or abused it in anyway, using it on an ego-T batt and vaping KCM from Virgin Vapor. Any ideas on what could cause this? I'm still using it, found a drip tip that fits and kept on vaping!

I only dry burn them after I've run a half dozen tankfulls. And I only clean them when changing flavors. I run some water in, shake it up, empty and repeat until the wicks are white. Then I flick out as much water as possible and dry burn. I don't even bother lifting the silicone cap anymore. I haven't had a single problem so far except for the cracking tanks.
