Directions in the package would have really been nice.
This is true of all vape supplies in my experience. I did learn my lesson with my stone 2 when I broke it as soon as I opened it. I come here and look for guidance first now. :)

I'm sure someone will be along shortly to provide you with directions.

actually, i too am having a pretty bad leaking problem. it seems that its leaking from threaded area on the bottom of the tank as well as leaking into the air tube. at first i thought maybe i dripped juice on my fingers when filling it but after watching itfor a while, i found that it did leak ><

When my Stone 2 did that, it was because the rubber seal below the threads wasn't sitting flat against the base. In fact, it was kind of twisted. Once I got that settled and screwed the base on really tight, it was fine. In fact, I got it so tight that I needed a leatherman to unscrew it :D

I don't know if this might be the case for the Stone 3, though. Not sure how they're different.

Thank you Bonny! I looked at mine again after reading this post and saw that the innards replacement came without the o ring. No leaks any more.

Now if I can get rid of the yucky taste in the new innards I can get a true idea of what this thing is all about. There is black stuff on the new wicks, not sure what's up with that.

What's the chance you could post a pic of the seal you are talking about?

I have a few of these and 2 out of 3 are leaking! :(

i've tried screwing it on tighter but it still leaks >< i think the o-ring that came with it is not doing it's job properly. also for some reason i'm getting juice in the air way constantly. i bought 2 spare innards but one of them seems to have half the wick cut right where it meets the cup on one side o_O i really want my stone to work so i can make it my daily carto of choice :(

I know exactly how you feel. The leak at the base is better since I put the o ring on from the old one, but I am still fighting the gurgling juice in the airway and the bad taste in the replacement innard. It is also getting HOT, even though I am vaping at the lowest voltage. I will keep trying to fiddle to make it better, but this may not be for me. :(
