The ViVi Nova is the best, hands down. But what i cant understand is that usually i have a solid draw and good vapor...but their are sometimes the draw doesnt seem to have the vapor volume and I can hear alot of air when inhaling like its got a air leak or something. Does humidity have a impact on this? The PG/VG is always 50/50. My set up is always the same, vaping from a VMAX at 4.1V. Anyone else have a inconsistant draw from the ViVi Nova 2.5?

Yes if you look at my recent posts it involves this topic,I've received a lot of help on here but a suggestion that was made recently By Attypops was twisting the top cap in different positions or turning it right before it gets tight and back off because it pushes down on the silicone cap and it pinches the wicks,It also effects the draw.Try it and see what happens.I also do the twirl effect as well.My new issue is alot of popping sounds from the head but Here is my original post if it is the same issue.Hope it Helps.

Hard to say without more information. How often do you clean the atomizer heads. Have you tried a different head? What OHM heads are you using? Some juices clog more than others, and need more frequent cleaning. Are you hold the fire button for the entire draw.Continuing your draw after you have released the fire button can cause the coil to get flooded, which can actually reduce vapor. You might try increasing the voltage and double hit your PV a few times to clear it.

Dude... that was kind of a "test method" to see if pinching was the problem. If it works "for real" fine, but make sure it doesn't leak! ;) The final solution would be to trim/notch the cap or change the wick.

Also to the OP: If you find the draw changes (not the wicking) double check that it isn't getting unscrewed a bit. The air holes are just below the tank bottom and sometimes get cut off by the connector. The reverse is true too...too loose = too airy.
