Cost/Paid: 20.14 GBP ($29.95)
P+P: 5.04 GBP to the UK

Aimed At: Vapers

What is it?
Native Connector: eGo/510
batteries: currently 1100 mAh, apparently 1300, 650 and 450 mAh to follow
Button: eGo type
Button Position: top of the battery towards the connector
LED: yes - white
Fixed or Variable: Variable between 3.3 and 4.8V
Size: 119mm or ~4.75 inches long
Weight: 40.6g
Charger: Standard eGo charger
Threads: eGo/510
Standing up: Yes – tho wouldn’t leave it for too long or put a glass tank on it
Will it Roll?: Yes
On/Off: 5 Clicks on/off
Charging Time: 4th charge took 4 hours using a Joye USB charger and checking with a Stopwatch ;)
Aesthetics: Average for an eGo

How does it Vape?
Firing: 1st time every time
Underload V’s: Good – similar readings to markings
How does it Feel: rubberised – not bad
Ease of Change: the knurled bottom makes changing the V’s easy and the markings are easy to see too
Charge Time: 4ish hours
Usage Time: 10ish hours for me at 4V’s with a 2.4 Ohm Vivi Nova

The Waffle
I’ve had a couple of Joye eGo-C Twists since they came out – and whilst I’ve enjoyed there use, they can be difficult to adjust with wet hands and quite difficult to see the settings – so thought the Vision Spinner might be worth a try.

The Spinner comes in 1100mAh which is a bit bigger than I’m used to, but surprisingly comfortable in me hand – tho they're ‘goalkeepers’ hands as I was often told! The ‘Spinner’ has a ‘knurled’ base with which thee turn or ‘Spin’ the dial clockwise to increase the Voltage, which allows an easier grip then the Twist. It also has a clearly visible red line on the dial, and markings on the battery at 3.3, 3.8, 4.3 and 4.8V – again for me an improvement on the Twist’s engraved markings.

Having got out my screw-into-the-connector Vmeter (from StiG on UKV) the markings are about spot on – even underload:

Spinner says - Meter Says - With a 2.4 Ohm Vivi Nova

3.3V - 3.3/3.4v - 3.3v
3.8v - 3.8v - 3.6/3.7v
4.3v - 4.3/4.4v - 4.3v
4.8v - 5v - 4.8v

Usability:
For the 3 days I’ve had the Spinner I’ve been using it as my main Vape with no issues – 10 hours (ish) is not bad running it on average (I’d say) at 4V with a 2.4Ohm Vivi Nova – for the 1st 2 charges anyway.

It’s not as big as I thought I’d be, fits easily into me combat pocket and fits nicely in me hand – and with a black plinth on it looks pretty good too.

Summary
Misses:
Not its fault – but never been a fan of the eGo button

Will have to wait and see how quickly the markings rub off – or Varnish them

Too long to fit comfortably into the Kuwako and use like an ePipe

Hits:
Easier to see and change the voltage than the Twist

Delivers the same Voltage underload as the markings say

Cheaper than the 1000 mAh Twist

Slightly shorter (2mm LoL) and an ickle wider than the Twist

Overall
I’ve been impressed with the Spinner – the niggles I had with the Twist – despite it’s good performance – such as changing and seeing the voltage – have been addressed with the Spinner and improved upon. The performance seems to match the Twist, tho I can’t compare directly with the 1000 mAh as I’ve been happy with a couple of 650’s. Underload it performs better than the iTaste and for me the Smok VV Gripper and at the 20 GBP price point is seeming like excellent value for money.

Gotvapes is hinting that they will be getting a 1300, 650 and 450 mAh versions, in several colours to expand the Spinners range.

As things stand, depending on continued use and longevity, I’d probably point folk towards the Spinner over the Twist – tho it would be a close call.

Will also probably get some lacquer to keep the v markings intact too!
