If you have the L-rider version of the Chrome Lavatube, it has a skinny little spring loaded positive pin.

The pin is skinny enough that it can actually plug the airway in the bottom of the Vivi Nova (which has a slightly larger than normal hole).

A 510-510 adapter solves the problem by acting as a go-between for the skinny pin and the air hole.

Another option is to use a cone or sleeve, which works because it makes it so you can't screw the Vivi on as far, thus the pin doesn't plug all the way into the hole.

i got myself a mini lrider...Anyway using yj the volt cannot go more than 3.5volts..else will feel burning sensation..heard it has power management problem...

Haha when I first got it I tuned it up to 4.2v on 2.4 ohm... you could guess what happens next :)

Nevertheless, yj is still great. No voltage drop even with a dying battery. High voltage output isn't that bad for me, it's a good thing I should say :)

But gotta be careful, 3v on the screen is about 4.2v, and every 0.1v increment on screen is roughly about 0.2 to 0.3v.

Some tips. Been using VV nova V2.5 some name it as V3. So when you screw on ego c twist on normal ego c batt. Don't screw it tight or very tight. 1st you may damage the screw thread. 2nd When you feel that it's about tight try to look for the holes on the bottom of the VV Nova and align it with your ego batt air slots grooves. There are 4 air slots on the ego batts. You can just align them untill you see the Nova. Pics as illustration.

I would say changing wick for the vivi nova is quite simple, check out pbusardos vid!

But I don't change wick for the vivi nova, as their coil heads come cheap :) also I have quite a number of pre coiled wicks which I don't even bother to open the pack...

Yup..looks easy..thats y have to try on cheap things first...so if we do it wrong..never heart pain..lol.. the only thing is u have to measure the wick/wire mesh..den must iodised sum more...that part cheem a bit..different wick lenght different ohm..

As long as you are using an APV with short circuit protection, you should be fine.

NEVER, EVER use a rebuildable on a normal PV without testing the coil with a meter first. By normal I mean PVs like eGo.

I rebuild my coil and it's super cheap. A multi meter is a must for rebuilding. With tight supplies, this is the best option. For those who does not want to spend more dollars by buying a torch, u can use your kitchen gas cooker to oxidise the wire mesh. So far VV Nova is the best for me as it can last me about 2 days without topping up and the the Vapour production is damn f--king awesome!
