Ok so i bought my Vivi nova tank about 2-3 weeks ago and have had nothing but problems with it since i bought it. i have tried cutting the little rubber cap so to reduce restriction on wicking. I have bought 2 replacement heads for it and also rebuilt about 4 different heads for it also, still no joy. Just really nasty dry burnt hits over and over.
i thing the replacement heads i got i think were around 2ohms a rebuilt heads were 1.8-1.9

So its just laying around doing nothing so i would lie some advice as to what i could try to get it working. All the revues i have seen about the Vivi nova were pretty outstanding

I am using this on my itaste VV V3 and have tried it from 6w and upwards so i do not have a clue whats going wrong :/

Anything that will help me get this going would be amazing thanks people.

Sounds like you are not getting enough juice or using too high of a voltage/wattage setting.

You don't mention what type juice you are using but if it's a high VG juice then you may need to thin it to get it to flow properly. Distilled water (5 to 10%) or PG will thin it and help if that is in fact the issue.

You may want to just turn down the voltage and see if that helps.

I don't have any problems with the BDC Vivi-Nova-S tanks

Greetings, welcome to the forum, sorry to hear that you are having a bad experience.

I'm trying to picture the 'little rubber cap' that you cut, could you post a picture?

Changing your coil from 1.8 to 2.0 oHms shouldn't make much of a diff. One common reason for dry hits with top coil clearomizers is failure to do the tilt-and-swish, to keep the wicks saturated.

You could always think about trying a different type of clearomizer, such as a bottom coil model. The starting period in vaping can be frustrating, but once you find a setup that works for you, you'll be good to go.

Vivi Nova? Hardly cutting edge tech.... 6w isn't very much at all. Hangsen should be fine. Is it a Vision one or a clone? Are you swooshing/swilling? What are you rebuilding with? Have you tried microcoil + cotton wool?
They're OK (just about)... but can't take "power vaping" or chaining.
