Vivi Nova Wicks

Posted this in tanks as well, but the Vivi is both so I'm going to ask it here, too.

Question to all the Vivi Nova v2.5 users out there. Any idea why the 2.8 ohm heads have different wicks than the 1.8 and 2.4? They have one thick braided wick rather than 4 slender wicks on each side.

Is there a difference in performance at all?

on the one that came with mine it has the four slender wicks did you order a replacment or did it come stock i will not use my 2.8 cause i have a set voltage 3.7v...

It came with different wicks on the 2.8 ohm heads. The 1.8 and 2.4 have the style you speak of, but the 2.8 has a fat braided wick. I unbraided them, but they still don't wick well. I just got a lavatube, so I wanted to try out the 2.8s on it, but they just don't perform as well. I wonder if they shipped them with older heads because they ran out of 2.8s or something. Strange.

Same wick issue from both gotvapes and cloudsofvapor.
