got this vvtube and i guess the threads on the top of uniit are not good i wonder if anyone can fix??
i just had 1 month and it doesnt make contact with any of my tanks or cartomizers
how do i fix problem?? got at mom and pops and will not return and i guess they dont fix
i have other units like the lava tube and no problem so i am experience with vapping
this must have been soft material that would striip like that so mom and pop offer no help

Good question, as the Vmax threading looks defective. I know smoketech had this issue with some of their Bolt tube mods. Sometimes the threads can be stripped accidentally, so that is probably why your vendor won't return the Vmax. Sorry, hope others have some recommendations,

If something is a month old and threads strip I would say without a doubt it's defective. Further is the vendor that sold you the device is willing to do nothing not only would that be the last time I would ever do business with them, I would also explain the situation on here so hopefully others would not buy from that said vendor. If you buy a replacement 510 connector and mail the tube and connector to me I can and will fix it for you. I don't mind will probably take me 15 minutes. I have fixed a few lavatubes with worn out threads, but never seen one strip out before. PM me if you want me to fix it. I really can't believe the vendor wont do a thing for you that's unacceptable in my opinion.

If it's not making contact with an Atty(or what ever) then it might just be the center pin on the connector is pushed down to far from over tightening. You may be able to fix that by gently prying the pin up some with a small common screwdriver blade. I've had to do it countless time from using different Atty connectors that had a depth difference. It's worth trying, eh? Maybe someone can explain better than me?

Your post is a bit confusing. Are the threads now actually stripped, meaning your atty will not tighten down cuz it just keeps spinning?

If something is a month old and threads strip I would say without a doubt it's defective.

I wouldn't, threads can be stripped with the very first use if you aren't careful.
