Vmod xl : electric sparks

Hi,

just got my vmod xl. I am using an effest 18650 imr battery. The problem lies between the metal post connector of the fire button and the"nipple" of the battery. At almost every release I can see a tiny tiny electric spark between the "nipple" of the battery and the metal connection of the fire button.

Any vmod xl owners confirm the behavior? Is this normal or should i worry?

Worth mentioning, i have 4 imr batteries, the behavior is the same with all.

I never noticed sparks at the button/battery contact.

mine does this too... is it normal?

It's normal for a connection that's not clean, take some fine Emory cloth and gently clean the metal connector then apply a small amount of noalox.

Yes just a tiny spark when you push the button or release it
