I recently got turned on to the e-cig scene BUT....I can't seem to figure anything out. I bought the Volcano Inferno Tankomizer kit and it doesn't say anything anywhere about it not being able to handle 100% VG juice..when I asked them they told me that VG wasn't compatible with their equipment, just PG. ANYBODY know of any equipment that can handle the VG liquid, I don't want to deal with dripping or carto/clearomizers......I like the tank system and it seems to handle the PG somewhat decent, but I have been having such bad luck, sometimes I get a burnt taste (always with the VG), the PG dries out my throat as the VG doesn't, don't want to buy every juice in the book to find a decent TH with taste...I NEED HELP!! Advice?

I can't tell you as far as handling VG juice, I can tell you I had a lot of problems with the tankomizer set up, I thought it was just me as my boyfriend who got it for me loved his. But after spending some time on the forums here I have seen I am not the only one.

If you like it great, but be warned I had a lot of problems with it leaking, no matter the type of juice used, and almost no vaper. Just changed over to the carto's and its like I have a completely different pv.

Wow, that's pretty lame of Volcano! Ridiculous!!

If you don't want to deal with carto/clearomizers or atomizers, you're pretty much out of luck. There are only cartomizers, clearomizers, atomizers or tanks. There are a few tanks that don't use cartomizers, but they're not that good for VG either.
Your best bet is to get some cartomizers. A very few CE2 based clearomizers, like the Fluxomizer from gotvapes will work half decently with thick juices. Your other option is to either get pre-thinned VG or thin what you have with distilled water and/or vodka. If you do that you'll dilute the flavor and the nicotine.

I know right? LAME! I tried the polyfil cartos but those were weak too. I also tried diluting with distilled water/vodka and you are right........weak. I wonder if those non-poly filled cartos would do the trick? I watched a dump truck full of videos on the Flux and it seems rather labor intensive.....I know....whine whine whine  You would think that something that could get me off the analogs would be more user friendly. I'm becoming frustrated and don't want to spend a boat load of money finding something that actually tickles my fancy....unlike my neighbor that already has three different setups and over 600 dollars invested but he seems content with the Volcano Inferno but he uses PG and it is just fine. Another question; I'm not an electronic freak and these "ohms" thingymajigs" confuse me.....I have a 3.7 volt battery, what ohm ratings on the cartos can I use with this batt as I see the Flux ranges from 2.4-3.0???

I haven't had problems with leaking, just that the VG is too thick and I really have a thing for Boba's but can't get the flavor to perform, even with the cartos, maybe I'm not using the right cartos, I am using a 3.7 batt and a 1.5 ohm carto, sound about right or can I use a higher ohm carto as I am not an electronic freak and don't know an ohm from knome!

I don't know what you've seen in the videos, but the Fuxomizers are the least labor intensive cartomizers out there. You may have been mistaking them for the other CE2's where you need to flip seals and fluff wicks and fill them through a tiny hole. Fluxos work right out of the box. You do need a needle-tip bottle or a syringe, but the top silicon seal is one piece and there aren't the tiny holes. It's squared off to leave a gap for a good sized needle, or a thin drip tip to fit. It takes less time to fill them than to fill a regular filled carto, and like I said, no modding is necessary. Plus, they don't crack or leak.

They come in 2.4-2.6, 2.6-2.8 and 2.8-3.0ohms. For a 3.7 battery, I'd get the 2.4-2.6ohm ones. Because the coil is up on top, they feel warmer than a regular cartomizer. Even though 2.4 is not that low a resistance, the vapor will still seem as warm as a LR 2.0ohm Boge carto. It'll just taste a lot better.

Quick electronic lesson. If you want to know how warm your vapor will be, remember Watts=Heat. More watts, more heat. To get the watts, you square the voltage and divide by the ohms. You have a 3.7V battery. 3.7 squared is 13.69. So just divide 13.69 by the ohms. That will give you the watts. 13.69/2.5= 5.48 Watts. 5.48 is not very warm, but again, the Fluxos feel warmer than other cartos, so it'll feel more like 6.5 Watts, which is pretty decent for a 3.7V battery. Most of all, it'll taste a lot better than a Boge.
