Hello everyone. I have been lurking on the forum for about a month, and a lot of
info here is great. I have a KGO, with two 1100 batteries, and Volt kit with 78mm batteries,
also have a Volt X2 pass thru which, Just died, from 7 days use. I sent Smokeless image an e-mail
and in five minutes they sent me a new one. NO charge and didn't have to send back the old one, which
I thought I would. Awesome service from them. :)

Smokeless image has the best customer service in the industry so far as I'm concerned. They put their customers first and try to thoroughly research and test products before offering them to us.

I recently had a battery that was activating on its own. I called on a Monday and the guy said he would take care of it. On Wednesday, I received not one, but two replacement batteries. I didn't ask for 2 and they never even had me send the old one back.

A friend owns a Volt and one batt wasn't working. She was all freaked out about approaching SI. I emailed them, they emailed her...long story short they also sent her 2 batts. Just simply an amazing company IMO. Because of that exceptional service 5 of her coworkers are now happily using the Volt. Nice to see karma work on the positive end for all involved.

I like the fact that they make everything universal with their products. There are no good 501 mini's with decent battery life, only 808. Now, I firmly believe that the easiest transition from analogs is a mini since it is so similar to smoking.

It is hard enough to give up cigarettes, and vaping is different. You have to learn to take a different type of drag and deal with a different type of throat it, so having something that is the same size and feel of a cigarette is important IMHO. It is the easiest transition to vaping.

The problem is, as we get more into vaping, we want a longer battery life. Well smokeless image has that covered. Since the best "mini" is 808 threaded, they came out with the x2. It is the same as a kgo and you can double or even quadruple your battery life. That enables you to not have to buy new delivery systems (carto, clearo, ce3) and continue to use both. You can keep using your mini when you want something small and discrete but have a larger battery when you want to chain vape.

That's a company who thinks about their customers. I see many companies who offer mini's and large batteries, but the problems either their mini is 808 and the larger battery is 510 or their "mini" is 510, which has a horrible battery life.

They always consider their customers needs, that's why they have such a loyal customer base
