I have a volt and it has been working well up until recently. When I put a dead battery on the charger the ash cap just blinks like it's telling me it's a dead battery. So I put on a battery that still had a charge on it and it didn't even recognize the charger. Though I find it highly unlikely both batteries would quit charging both at the same time I'm still unsure what is the culprit. Has anyone else experienced and was it the charger or the batteries?

I've had issues where the PCC wouldn't charge my batteries at all. Threw all sorts of weird codes at me and finally got fed up with it and ruled that the PCC was dysfunctional. That was after I used a USB charger to see if they would charge. In which they did.

So, I emailed smokeless image concerning the problems I was having and gave them a full description of my problem. They quickly accommodated me with a new PCC. The only thing is that you have to pay for shipping to send it to them. They took care of the rest.

Hope that helps and if you have any other questions or concerns in the future. It's best to check this thread out since they have a company representative that's normally on there throughout the day:
